In no circumstances will Restoration and Polishing Products Limited be liable for any losses sustained and arising out of or in connection with use of this website, or any site accessed from this website including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill (whether direct or indirect), nor any economic, consequential, indirect, or special loss.

Returns Policy:

Restoration and Polishing Products Limited operates a returns policy provided the goods and their packaging are received back by us within 14 days of receipt and in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Returns requests must be made in writing to info@drpolish.co.uk within 14 days of the invoice date. On receipt of this request and if accepted we will supply you a returns number accompanied by a return address for the items to be returned to.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure the packaging and goods are returned to us in "as new"      condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
• Once returned goods are received to our warehouse your credit card/account will be credited with the cost of the item returned, minus the outward postage.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded unless wrong item was sent by us, then a full refund will be issued.
• We will not be liable for any postage costs for returned goods or responsible for lost items.

Order discrepancies and lost or damaged items:

• All order discrepancies or damages must be informed in writing within 24 hours of delivery. 
• All goods must be checked before signing for the parts, by signing for the parts you are accepting that the goods have been received in perfect condition. If this is inconvenient at the time of delivery, please ensure to sign for the parts 'unchecked'.

Right to cancel:

(Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC).

The right to cancel allows you time to examine the goods. The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received. The right to cancel does not apply to any item which is specifically made to order.

When customers exercise the right to cancel, they are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return them to us in the condition they were supplied. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to cover return postage costs. It is advised that returned items be sent via recorded mail as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

Conditions of sale:

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We are not VAT registered but ourcircumstances may change. 
• We shall not be liable for damage in transit or for shortages unless claims in writing are received by us within 24hours of delivery.
• If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the goods. This might be because the goods are out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the goods or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
• Only returned items that are authorised in writing by us will be credited. 
• The ownership of goods supplied, shall not pass to you until you have made payment in full.
• If we cannot deliver some or all the goods ordered for reasons beyond our control (including any lack of delivery details or other instructions from you) on account of industrial dispute, we reserve the right to cancel your order subsequent to the stock not being available and shall give notice of such. Any liability for any loss caused is hereby excluded.
• All items will be held and dispatched in a single consignment unless otherwise requested. Multiple consignments will incur multiple delivery charges
   

Event outside our control:

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by an event outside our control.
 

If an event outside our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these terms we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under these terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our control. Where the event outside our control affects our delivery of goods to you, we will arrange a new despatch date with you after the event outside our control is over.
